Biography

City to City Commercial welcomed Richard Stone to the team back in 2007 and he is currently working on his third decade in the real estate business where he continues to offer his years of dedication, service, and experience.

Rich specializes in residential “land & lot sales” within the Greater Phoenix area and Pinal County. He represents property owners along with multiple Home Builders and Investors with their acquisitions and dispositions of property and lot inventory. Over the years, Rich has also been involved with the entitlement of residential and commercial properties, as a broker and as a principle at times. This experience has enabled him to discern the intricacies of the planning and development process for his clientele. His knowledge of the industry, strong relationships with national and local home builders/developers, and ability to zone in on the pulse of the market makes him an asset to his clients and our team.

Rich is about as close to an Arizona native as you can get. He grew up in Mesa, married & started his family in Gilbert and eventually moved to Chandler where he currently calls home. He believes in, and is always striving for, keeping his time balanced between family and work.
