Patrick is the Vice President of Sales at City to City Commercial, a leading Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in the Metro-Phoenix area. With a career that began in April 2018, Patrick has facilitated over $40,000,000 in transactions, specializing in vacant land and investment sales. His expertise lies in maximizing property value to ensure clients receive optimal returns.
Patrick's journey in the industry started alongside his father, who has an extensive background in brokering land deals for local and national investors, developers, and home builders throughout the valley. City to City Commercial, initially known as "The Benjamin Group" and founded by Patrick's father Chris in 1996, boasts over 20 years of experience in brokerage and entitlement, and a keen understanding of the financial, legal, and often political variable's surrounding development. This wealth of knowledge has established the firm as one of the premier brokerages in Phoenix.

Born and raised in Arizona, Patrick briefly resided in Michigan for a 2-year period to complete missionary services in and around Detroit. He currently resides in Central Mesa with his wife and daughter.
