Biography

Kent has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1990 and licensed in the State of Arizona as an agent since 1997. His 30 years of experience in the real estate industry ranges from Brokerage and Asset Management of Land, Office, Multi-Family and Industrial, Residential New Builds and Remodels, Residential and Commercial Entitlements, High Level Development, Property Management, Capital Raises and the Asset Management of Client Assets as well as his own portfolio. His vast experience allows him to analyze assets from multiple angles.

His primary focus with clients is to serve them in a manner that honors the relationship. The client comes first always. His many years in the business has taught him the importance of service, integrity and fairness for all. It has also taught him that marketing does not stop at a sign in the ground, it only begins there. His team has created a marketing platform that assures as many buyers and brokers as possible see every listing they are marketing. He and his team analyze each property and provide a marketing plan that best suits the property and the Owners goals. Time and time again his team has out performed expectations with price and time to sell properties.

Kent was raised in Dodge City, Kansas and moved in Arizona in 1982 to attend college. His career path took him from Motorola to Office Equipment sales and finally into Commercial Real Estate in 1990. In his free time he enjoys spending time with wife Jennifer as well as the outdoors through fly fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing and anything that involves being outside. He spends many hours each year helping build and support the YoungLife Organization, which is a Christian based organization that ministers to teens through adults. He resides in Scottsdale with his wife Jennifer, together they have 6 children and one son-in-law.
