Biography

Chris Benjamin formulated City to City Commercial, then called ‘The Benjamin Group’ in 1996, to serve local and national investors, developers, and home builders in the valley & its nearby communities. Chris has brokered & partnered in over $850M in transactions and spent 20+ years streamlining lands and lots development, commercial retail, and industrial assets transactions.

A recognized industry leader, Chris is adept at building lasting relationships with clients and key players in the industry. As the company’s President & Designated Broker, he upholds high service delivery standards and played an instrumental role in making City to City Commercial one of the top brokerages in Phoenix, AZ.

Adept in home building (production and custom), lot development, entitlement, industrial, commercial, and speculative land deals, Chris has a track record for identifying the best opportunities and providing clients with industry-leading returns. He actively partners with national and international private investors, homebuilders, and local municipality leadership and serves to help his clients & the community benefit as a whole.

Chris is a dedicated husband to a loving wife, Linda, whose altruism inspires him to step up and make a difference. He is a father of four and works alongside his sons, Patrick and Shane, and aspires to take the company to new heights with his sons. In addition, Chris actively supports non-profits such as Child Crisis Center, Make A Wish Foundation, Young Life, Phoenix Thunderbirds and Valley Big Brothers & Sisters.
