OUR LEADERSHIP

With nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in Phoenix, Arizona, the City to City leadership team is expertly positioned to provide its clients and agents with the best possible service. Our unique leadership team of Chris and his two sons, Shane and Patrick, bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise to the table. Chris’s years of experience in the industry provide a strong foundation for the business while his sons bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a deep understanding of modern technologies and trends. The family dynamic creates a strong sense of trust, loyalty, and collaboration. As a family-owned brokerage, our leadership is deeply invested in the success of each client, as well as each of their agents. Our success is a direct representation of the company. Each member of the leadership team has unique strengths and skills, and together they can provide clients with a comprehensive and personalized approach to commercial real estate.

OUR HIGH VELOCITY MEETINGS

We hold bi-weekly meetings that bring together everyone within our organization. These meetings provide an opportunity for us to discuss important updates about the local community and market, to share information about individual property listings and sales, and to stay connected with one another. In addition, these meetings also provide a social opportunity for our team to come together and stay up-to-date on what’s happening within the office.

 

We like to mix things up by providing a catered breakfast or lunch during these meetings, adding an extra element of fun and relaxation to the day. We occasionally take our meetings outside of the office, giving us the opportunity to explore new venues and take in some fresh scenery while still accomplishing important work. These meetings are an important part of our company culture and the leadership team looks forward to them with great enthusiasm each and every time.

Our leadership team is often focused on networking and building relationships within the local community, attending meetings and events, and staying up-to-date with market trends and news. Our agents are often focused on client prospecting, following up on leads, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Our marketing team is responsible for creating and scheduling social media posts that highlight our company’s achievements, showcase current listings, and provide valuable insights about the local real estate market. They work closely with our agents to create engaging and informative property brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that highlight the unique features and benefits of each property. They also collaborate with our agents to create customized email campaigns and other targeted marketing initiatives to reach potential clients and promote our listings.
